This course is free-form, meaning you are free to work through the content in whichever order you’d like to. It’s also self-paced, to an extent. You have 6 months to finish this course, technically. But that would be putting you right at the end of the Real Estate Commission’s allotted time period to finish it, so that is not the way we’d recommend it be done.

You do have to score an 80% or higher on the Final Exam to pass the course. And you just complete the quizzes from each section before you are able to take the Post License Final Exam; all of which also have minimum passing grades of 80%.
